Vendextify is pleased to offer shipping services within the United Kingdom. We aim to process and ship your orders efficiently.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
2. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There are no shipping fees regardless of the order value or size.
3. Processing Time (Handling Time)
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) after the order is placed.
- Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 4:00 PM GMT (London) on a business day will begin processing that same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM GMT, or on weekends or UK public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
4. Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 6 to 8 business days. This refers to the time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your address after they have picked it up from us.
Shipping occurs on business days (Monday – Friday).
5. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Combining processing and transit time, the total estimated delivery time for orders within the UK is typically 7 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed.
Please note that these are estimates. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or during peak seasons.
6. Shipping Carriers
We use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce for our deliveries.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs if the package needs to be reshipped after being returned to us.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
